Update- bathrooms are disgusting and obviously had not been cleaned for days as all the waste bins were overflowing and there’s no way it was from the current day because there’s never anyone shopping here!
I think this Kohl’s location should just be closed. My husband laughed at the sign and the condition of the parking lot.
Also-the app- another part of Kohls that needs serious help. If you’re looking at an item with different colors available you can’t see all the selections even if you click on the thumbnail. Very poorly done app. Kohls needs some serious help.
This store is crazy with products all over and like items not grouped together. It always looks and feels like it’s going out of business.
There’s no Sephora here.
Selection of items is not the best- they really need new buyers or something. The swimsuit section was awful- not sure who is buying this junk.
Waited at the checkout while the cashier chatted forever with the woman in front of me. Like there was no one else on the planet.
Then the receipt would not print correctly and they can’t email receipts.
Get it together, Kohls.

Kohls in Sarasota is a GREAT place to shop! There are so many great sales and great coupons. And the employees are always willing to help and go above and beyond. They're always very friendly, too! Yesterday Frank checked me out and he was THE BEST!!!!
