This L.L.Bean store in Sarasota is a wonderful addition, being the first in Florida and opening in May 2025. Customers appreciate the great selection of men's and women's clothing, along with a friendly, knowledgeable staff that provides excellent service. The staff, mostly older and experienced, are helpful and cater well to the audience. Visitors leave with smiles, thanks to the helpfulness of staff members and the quality of the products. While the outdoor equipment selection may be limited, the store captures the classic L.L.Bean vibe throughout. Many customers are excited to have a nearby store, especially those familiar with the Maine flagship, and plan to visit frequently for the quality gear and friendly atmosphere.

L.L. Bean is one of my favorite stores! Beth and Mona were extremely helpful for me today. Helping me find the right shirts that fit correctly and ordering me a couple more that weren't available in the store. I appreciate all your help. Amazing staff

Wonderful to have a factory store so close. Staff was great - older demographic of workers which drives maturity and caters to the audience well.
