Terrible experience, very poor customer service. On top of that, their website says they offer a service, but when you get there, they don't. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time traveling there if you live far away.

Absolute joke… possibly the worst service and experience I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Don’t waste your time here

Book a time sensitive appointment month out and when you show up they say they can't do it. No notice at all! Even though you have already done that appt there several times in the past.

Staff are fine, company not so much. Do not trust what the voice assistant says. You will be turned away if you don't have an appointment, and God forbid it's time sensitive because it will take at least a week.

Please go somewhere else, this place is understaffed and employs horrendously unskilled phlebotomists. My phlebotomist had to look up what an MMR titer even was, didn’t seem to know how to input my doctors very simple orders into the Labcorp system, and was quite unprofessional (she had to look up instructions on google). Oh, and she left me with a golf ball sized hematoma after aggressively shoving a needle into my arm, without warning might I add, for a blood draw. She didn’t tell me her name so I can’t comment on who my phlebotomist was. Never have I had a blood draw hurt so much or leave such an unpleasant taste in my mouth. Go through quest for your bloodwork, I would pay NOT to have to come here.

The S. East Ave location is NOT open as it says online. So after driving there, the door sign says they have moved and lists 2 locations. So I call the 5800 Bee Ridge location in Walgreens. The message says you do NOT need an appointment. So I drive across town and sign in on their computer. Nothing with this company is personalized or has a warm body yet! Now I am waiting inline with another person ahead of me. Finally a technician comes out and says that I need an appointment! I ask if I can make one and she says no they don't make the appointments. She says this happens every day all the time and she can't do anything about it. Then she sends someone else to talk to me and that lady comes out with her gloves on. I'm in health care and I asked her if her gloves were clean. They were not because of the look on her face and she stated she was interrupted. ......She would not answer the question about them being clean or not! Cross contamination!! Please do not go to this location. And maybe not even this company. It is clearly not professional and who knows if results would even be accurate!! Scary!!

Fatal!! You call to do a urine test they tell you that you do not need an appointment, when you go the next morning they tell you that without an appointment it is NOT possible. They do not have a reception to serve clients as they should, everything is with technology WITHOUT taking into account the elderly who are not skilled in these matters. A service with high prices and very poor customer service.

I’ve been checked in for 45 minutes and the people who have walked in have taken precedence over any of the people waiting for appointments. When confronted the phlebotomist had an attitude and let me know she was the only one in the room doing multiple drug screens and blood draws. Maybe Labcorp should hire more help, and less rude help at that

Apparently having an appointment means nothing. I’ve been second in the Que for upwards of 20 minutes and they continue to take back walk ins. I’ve been waiting for a total of 45 minutes so far. Still have yet to be acknowledged.
