Got here at 1, waited 30 minutes because i already tried 2 other locations. Literally closed, called for hours, they lied, every other location requires appointment with no availability for at least a week yet my job somehow expects me to get it done in 2 business days. If you can, avoid this dysfunctional company or spend hours driving around town to each of their locations only to find out everything the voice assistant says over the phone is a lie. Not to mention, I tried calling 4 different locations to connect with someone there (option 7), not a single one picked up or returned my call!

This lab is one of the worst to come to. Every time I come just about all the staff has the nastiest attitudes. Especially the white guy with the stupid haircut. Bald with a slither of hair at the top of his head.

I had a great experience this morning with Scott the phlebotomist. He was friendly, professional and painless blood draw. I was a walk in and I arrived at 7am as soon as they opened and was out in 15 mins . I will definitely use this lab and hopefully Scott in the future!!

Whoever let scott answer the phones messed up big time . Please hire people who don't hate their job and make customers feel they are burden . I'll be going elsewhere from now on !

Went to 6, that is not a typo, 6 different Labcorp offices today for a urine test. The first 3 were appointment only, the 4th said We are not doing urine tests today. Try the shade and university location, they will definitely do it. So i go there, "sorry, our drug screen person left early today, you need to go to manatee ave in bradenton " so i leave and go there and it was closed. I spent about 4 hours driving around and checking in and waiting and being told to go somewhere else, REPEATEDLY! I feel that you guys own me for a half a tank of gas, and the extra 50 dollars i had to spend paying an urgent care to do what your company is concracted to do in the first place.

Room full of people, probably 3/4 appts & 1/4 walk-ins. All moved right along smoothly. Employees were positive & friendly.

Walked right in for walk-in appt. No one in waiting room at 230. Perfect time to go. The gentlemen was very professional and got me first try and I’m a hard stick. Will definitely return to him for future blood draws. I did not catch his name but thank you. Whoever you are you did a great job.

A urine drug test should not be this difficult to receive. Driving to three separate locations is ridiculous. I have been to this specific location multiple times and they have been unable to accommodate me each time. Additionally, they close at 3, not 3:30 like their hours say. And forget getting any kind of test done after 2:30.

If you have an appointment everything is very easy. If not don’t bother. You’ll be waiting for an hour or more.

The employees here were respectful, friendly and helpful if you have a question. Seeing so many patients with different personalities is not easy. They leave the issues they had with a previous patient aside and greet you with a smile and help you with your matters. Thank you

Total nightmare, always understaffed.2 whole hours just to do a drug urine test.hire more people. I had to hold my urine for over a hour.

On 11/21/2023 I visited the Shade Avenue lab for routine bloodwork. I arrived just after they opened and there were already 7-8 people ahead of me. The staff was efficient and moved people through quickly and very professionally. The nurse that attended to me was very good. I'm a big sissy when it comes to needles. I looked the other way and barely felt anything.
