Location on East is closed you have to go to Walgreens. If you use the app (which I found out about on arrival) you can have an appointment or at least get in line. It’s not super busy because old people can not/ do not self register.

Received AN EMAIL that this lab location would be closed today- sent a mere 25 minutes before my appointment time that I only saw 5 minutes before my appointment time. I fasted all night, missed an event I could have attended instead. Bad business, inconvenient, and also seems to be a trend at this location. I have contacted Labcorp to get a full refund.

To the blonde lady who so adamantly insisted that my son didn’t have a request from the doctor for a make up test that LabCorp messed up in primis: CHECK the files, be PROFESSIONAL, and above all…KNOW your job before sending people away and wasting everybody’s time. Not only the order was sent on august 2nd from the physician’s office, but the order was on Lab Corp files as confirmed to me on the phone the day before by your general office.

I had no appointment and still was seen right away. It was midday of a Thursday and there’s no line. The nurse Priscila was extremely helpful and polite. I really appreciate the services at this location.

Fire management! This place is poorly ran and COMPLETELY devoid of accountability! Showed up two separate days fasting for an early morning blood draw after 0800 and 0900 and the place had a line and was closed . No notice whatsoever. Oh , on the one day , they opened at 2pm and closed an hour and a half after. Shut this place down because the published hours of opening don’t matter to management. Plus I just call all morning, plus 15 minutes ago to see if they actually plan on opening for my next appointment and the miserable female voice eventually answered my call as if she was drunk or just waking up at her personal residence, and NOT , a business place or lab . I asked to be sure regarding hours and she immediately threw on elevator music. BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS as no one can make this stuff up. RUN! .No one should have to fast, and not have their appointment honored as they May collapsed and faint. The only good post may be the staff writing it. This only permitted from the top down.
