I had a wonderful experience from the day I arrived. The receptionist was very accommodating. I loved Dr Glass she was very knowledgeable. Professional had a sense of humor and made me feel relaxed. Jim was wonderful. Help me make a decision under a wonderful pair of eyeglasses with the transition lens. He was also knowledgeable professional had a sense of humor, and I believe I came up with the right solution and making the right choice for my glasses definitely will return

Great place and great people!Best experience I’ve ever had in any of Lens Crafters stores thus far. Excellent service and great and experienced staff, very knowledgeable! Truly great frames selection of many different brands and styles. Will go back anytime. Laurel and Jimmy were so great and helpful, thank you guys

Bruce was an amazing salesperson at our local LensCrafters! While my family was fighting over which pair of glasses I should get, Bruce was diligently helping us to find one that would work with my prescription. After only a few minutes he found and suggested the pair that I finally chose! He made our experience wonderful!

Very bad, Friday jimmy said, definitely Tuesday after Christmas ok , I waited and didn’t go until Wed, Thur, Fri , Sat I went and “Danette” oh not ready but in final stages. Don’t know when exactly, but all kinds of reasons, blah blah blah, doesn’t matter. Why not a simple email or text … order delayed, come to get on x date. Just need basic lenses, 1hr is a myth.1st rule, apologize before thestory of excuses
