I have used State Farm for many years. I had an agent in Maryland while I lived there for many years, and for the past several years have worked with this office here in Sarasota. They are, without exception, an excellent team to work with. Everybody you deal with is responsive, knowledgeable, professional and customer-service oriented. It’s a pleasure. I’m so grateful to have found them when I moved down here!

I want to review Cathy at State Farm for my personal insurance now. When I dealt with her before it was for a client and I’ve decided because Cathy is so wonderful, I’ve switched all of my homeowners, autos and umbrella policy to Cathy at State Farm. I feel very comfortable with her and I know how good the coverage is based on my client’s experience with Cathy. I would go nowhere else and I recommend everyone to go to Cathy!

How often do you call your insurance company to ask a question and you are either put on hold, transferred to someone else and get their voicemail or have to wait hour before a call back. Not here just called and a woman named KAMYRN answered the phone so politely. Then asked for my name and address etc. Pulled me up answered my question and presto that was it. She was professional polite and clearly empowered and encouraged to see if she the 1st gate keeper could help. Not a receptionist who I thought I would get but a key player on their team Thanks KAMYRN you are now a posterchild for customer service elite magazine

Cathy McEllhiney is the absolute BEST representative for any insurance needs that I have ever found! She is tenacious, diligent, efficient and always tries to save us money. She is also responsive and finds the answer quickly. Frankly, with the hurricanes last year and changes in Homeowners and Auto insurance carriers in Florida, it is amazing how she always finds the right answers. She works to help us in any way she can. Definitely recommend Cathy for all your policies!

I have been a policy holder with State Farm for the past 30 years and have felt with this agency for 13 years. My policy stated out reasonable but it has continued to go up and up and up. When speaking with the staff they had no explanation and would not look into any discounts. I have found much cheaper insurance for the same coverage and did get discounts! Sad that being loyal to a company for so many years and it gets you NOTHING.
