So far, so good! We are very happy with Life Storage - Sarasota for our storage needs. After only our 2nd month, we received a notice that our monthly rental would increase by a significant amount. Peggy is an incredible asset to this company! I was about to change storage companies due to price increases but she helped me find a smaller unit, which fit my needs perfectly. In the process (and during calls which took place before this), she made me feel like a truly valued customer. When I came in to explore options, she went above and beyond to support me. She also made me laugh and inspired me, deeply. She is an incredible woman who turned this disgruntled customer right around. Thank you, Peggy. Other than the price increases, I have liked this storage place. It's very clean and feels safe. I am happy Peggy helped me stay here! My only request (besides giving Peggy a raise) is to get us some new carts to bring storage up on the elevator with. :)
