8/23/24: Christian, the site manager here, is AMAZING!!! My husband and I were having serious problems with the site manager at extra space storage on Clark Rd. They red locked us out of our unit 4 days before they legally could and refused to take lock off even though we were moving. We had spoken to at least 12 customer service and managers who promised to have a district manager contact us(who never did). Decided to ask Christian for advice and within one hour it was fixed!! We were able to retrieve all of our things and our bill was wiped clean. I’ve never received such amazing customer service as she as provided/. Thank you Christian!!!!
We LOVE IT!! Moving from Extra Space and it’s like night and day! Life stporage has trucks, 24hr access, etc so pop ladders, it’s affordable and it’s tr populy cool inside the building. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage

My wife and I, dealt with atleast a dozen customer service agents, and people promising that we were going to speak with a district manager, We kept getting the runaround, until my wife decided to ask Christian the manager of Life Storage on Bee Ridge to help us get back into our unit, That had been wrongfully red locked. Christian went above and beyond to make sure we could get our stuff and not only that wipe our bill clean, It was like a miracle in our time of need, she deserves a pay raise. I don't think in my whole life, I've seen better customer service. 5 stars from us all the way! Thanks Christian. From Heather and Kyle

Christian was very helpful, we went and needed a storage unit and she showed us each size we were thinking about so we knew exactly what to expect. When she didn’t have the size we wanted in the climate control she found the unit in her sister facility for us and got us all set up there so we just had to go there and unload our stuff. Terrific customer service!

The place was clean and the prices were okay. I just hope they get the manager some help. She was busy I had to wait for a little over 10 minutes in the lobby and they didnt even have the unit I wanted. Christian made it a fun interaction nonetheless. I'll be back!!
