I give my children money to shop for Christmas. They would have never shopped here had not known that I use the hand lotion. However, they bought me perfume and I have been refused a refund because the item was paid with cash. I am within the timeframe for a return and had I purchased with credit card they would fulfill my request. 1. My children wouldn’t be shopping here without knowing I use these products and I am now refusing to shop anywhere who refuses to refund a cash buyer. I told them, they could refund me in credit, but that’s not allowed either. I thought this was a reputable company, however I see that they’re going soya s so hard up for money that they’re selfishly keeping no money from cash buyers. Disgusting. You’ve just lost a longtime customer. You’re not the only company who sells hand lotion and skincare.

Disappointed and embarrassed. No discount offered even when you receive mailers and promotions. They won't even take the unused/unopened product back one day later without the receipt like its a fake when they even recognized me. My 9 month old did get a hold of the receipt unfortunately, but they did not even try to budge to accommodate. Not even 1% effort! You can buy this online with better discounts or on Amazon and have it shipped direct to you. I use to recommend this product or this place for any friend of mine and buy all my family/friends gifts from here but truly just disappointed in how I was treated after being a repeat customer since this store opened. I am not going back anymore, one act can truly just ruin a place you used to love.

This place is different. You've gkt to trust a product most have never heard of.... Not saying the stuff isn't high quality BUT, it's "unknown factor" leaves that store very empty.

An excellent buying experience. As a new sign up for their emails, I got $20.00 off my purchase. So, save me some money, yes please! I bought after shave gel & the almond butter shower gel, both are great products.

Went in to buy my mens fragrance for new year. My wife and i spent 136.00. And we do that at least twice a year. And have for 10 years. So look and find the bottle i buy is now the same price and one OZ less. So not happy. This is not good business. And it will be the last time i shop at your store. Jennifer at town center was great. Great service. But value has dropped. You guys win the battle but lost the war with me.

I love this store. Everything smells great and feels amazing on your skin. The sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The store is always clean. If you want to give someone a great gift I highly suggest stopping here!

Conveniently located near the heart of the mall, every time I've visited, staff has been super helpful and friendly. Making suggestions based on their own experience with the products and informing me of future releases to look out for. I originally visited because I had a free gift voucher but I keep coming back for the quality creams and helpful staff.
