What a lovely chance meeting and purchase with Derek yesterday. Happened to visit mall for another store and just walked around a bit until we saw love sac store. Stopped in and met amazing young man Derek. He was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. He's why we made our purchases yesterday. We love the brand but he pushed it over the top! Thank you.

Everyone was very helpful. I can't tell u how I like the product yet. I received the cover today and was supposed to also receive the inside part but haven't. The day isn't over yet. The cover which is wombat is so soft and the color is beautiful. I can't wait to use it
