On 3/14, Maria in returns looked directly at me in line and proceeded to chit chat with her coworkers. I waited for 3 minutes for her to realize my presence. She did not. She proceeded to acknowledge the man behind me, completely ignoring me. Went to the pro desk to open a pro account and the guy told me to “get outta there”. To Home Depot I go.

Worst Lowes in the world. Doesn't delivery all the items that are in stock at there store location. For in stock items they would need to reschedule and deliver it a week later. Flat beds are only used for delivery once a week. Ridiculous waste of time. Go to home depot in Sarasota instead of going to Lowes out here.

I wish I could of left zero stars on this review.
My experience from getting something delivered from this store was far below standard expectations. I ordered 12 sheets of drywall to be delivered to the office where we are getting work done at. The guy that took the order was extremely helpful and went over and beyond to help me. That was on a Thursday and had the delivery day for the following Tuesday at 8am-12pm.
Now I knew there was some wiggle room in the hours of drop off because things happen. It got to be 1pm and I checked the status of my delivery only to see that it was 6 stops away and 40 miles to my north!! I had already rearrange my schedule for the morning and now I had to rearrange my schedule for the afternoon. So I went down to the store obviously annoyed to see what was going on. I was met by a very disrespectful young man named Skyler. I was waiting in line and this young man walks up to the Pro Desk and pulls out his phone and plays on it for almost five minutes. He finally looks up and very arrogantly says to me, "can I help you?" I said yes, he then looked surprised and said "oh I thought you were already being helped." I answered well you didn't ask. I proceeded to tell him what was happening with my order and that I wanted some type of compensation for their lack of production (refund on the delivery). He answered me very rudely "well that is not going to happen." I asked for his manager and he went and got a man named Jeff. Now this man was a step above Skyler on complete rudeness and zero customer service. He tells me the delivery time is not a promise just a ball park. I told him no, you had a four hour window and here we are at 1pm and I am six stops away and he needs to make it right. He continued to talk over me, insult me, and say he was not going to do anything to help. I told him I wanted to talk to his manager and he said his manager was not in and he wouldn't tell me when he would be in. Then stated that his manager would not talk to me anyways, and that his manager would just make me deal with him (Jeff). So I left.
Then when the delivery guy showed up at 4:45pm he told me that all 15-16 deliveries were scheduled for 8am-12pm. It shows total incompetence of some of the management at the Pro Desk.
I ended up calling corporate and making a complaint. The corporate office gave me a refund of the delivery fee and filed my complaint. I will absolutely not suggest using the delivery service here.

The staff was very helpful. They didn't have exactly what we wanted, but the salesperson helping us, sent us to a store, that had exactly what we wanted. We were so grateful for the help.

I bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago to be delivered on Saturday March 8th. I was called on March 5th by lowes that my refrigerator will not be available till April 28th yet online the same exact refrigerator is available for delivery the next day. The refrigerator now has a higher price. Went into the store and talked to delivery and they kept me waiting for an hour. Then I talked to the store manager, Jeff, he offer me the option to buy a refrigerator for a much higher price or wait the 2 months for a fridgirtor or a refund with no regards for the fact that I have no frizer to use and a baby at home. This store has not consideration for their costumers or sympathy for their situation. If I could give 0 stars I would.

well tried the Sarasota store on Fruitville, on 2/28/25. there's a reason they only have 2 stars. horrible!!!! the manager on duty has a serious attitude. had purchased an item at a different location and that location referred me to this one for a particular tool said they had it in stock. at this store they show it in stock but they couldn't find it but had same one with different case, simply asked if they could match the prices - nope, and with a serious attitude about how they don't have it and other store shouldn't have sent me here and "that's not my problem". so I returned the tool I purchased at the other store here, no more business for Lowe's.

I love it so much I had to write a second review about Lowe’s! Every time I go there, I’m blown away by how awesome it is. Seriously, it feels like I can find anything I need for my home or yard. Whether I’m looking for tools, paint, or even some cool decorations, Lowe’s has got it all.
The store is really easy to walk through, and I can always tell where everything is. The signs help a lot, so I don’t waste time trying to find what I want. Plus, if I can’t figure something out, the workers are super nice and always ready to help. They know what they’re talking about!
I also love that I can shop online. It’s super convenient! I can check what’s in stock or just order stuff to pick up later. This is great when I don’t have a lot of time to wander around the store. I just get what I need and go!
The quality of what I buy is really good, too. I’ve gotten tools and even some outdoor furniture, and they’ve all held up well. Plus, the prices are pretty good! Sometimes they have sales that make it even cheaper, which is always a win.
Another thing I dig is the seasonal stuff. Whenever a holiday comes around, they have really cool decorations that are perfect for making my place look festive and fun.
Overall, Lowe’s is my go-to place for anything I need. The variety of products, helpful employees, and great prices make it the best. If you’re looking to improve your home or just need some supplies, definitely check out Lowe’s!

A typical big hard warehouse. We asked 5 different floor people for help that were walking by for help and all said it was not their department with no offer to help find the right person. When looking for bathroom facets, we could not find two matching ones that were single level in brushed nickel.

Disappointed. Placed my first in store pickup order today and it became obvious they took this as an opportunity to offload some of their damaged already opened products. I bought new! Box was beaten up and taped shut. When I opened it I notice half the items packed in plastic while the others had already obviously been opened and showed signs of use, dust, dirt. No instructions or warranty information inside the box either? Thats odd…
