So this is the only location in the area, I come in every few months to get the same exact pair of leggings and they’re always waaaaay to aggressive.
The questioning, the snobbiness when you turn them down.. I say it every chance “im just here to replace a favorite pair” and they hit you soo hard trying to upsell and “educate” you.
No, no, no, I want my one pair and that’s all but each time it’s such a hassle so when they’re in stock online I will just start ordering them after this last visit, forget it. The other fitness brand, you know who.. is kinder inside of UTC.

An average Lululemon store. It looks less crowded than their Hyde Park location.
They haven't been doing great for a while. Reasons may be many, but adding men’s part might have diluted their brand power.

What a shame on Michelle the little cashier! She should have nothing to do with customer service. I spend around a thousand monthly at Lululemon and have never had an experience like that. Returned multiple items that didn’t work out for my sister and she wanted nothing to do with it, treated my sister, mother and I with complete disrespect and acted like we were trash. This location should really work on customer service and who they assign their cashiers as! Michelle, let’s work on our attitude or find a job where you don’t have to interact with kind people!

Easy to get to within mall, 2nd floor. Same as all others. Was organized and bright. Lululemon seems to have the most chipper, overly-helpful staff assigned to the fitting rooms. On one hand, beats stores where finding staff is near impossible. On the other hand, give a sister a chance to try on the sports bra.

Courtney and Jasmine were incredibly helpful and patient while I was trying to find the right size work pants. They went above and beyond, checking different options to make sure I got the perfect fit. Joe also stepped in toward the end to assist with the exchange, making the whole process smooth and easy. love you guys!

There’s a lot of reviews for this specific Lulu’s customer service. I haven’t experienced a problem in that area. Regardless, this store introduced me to the lulu’s athleasure section for men. All their clothes are very comfy. Five stars.

My daughter in law had lost her luggage en route to our home in Florida. That made perfect excuse to head over to Lululemon at Sarasota’s University Town Center. It was a fruitful trip and what we both love about their clothing is not only the quality, but how the clothing always makes our bodies look better than they really are!
