This is a local store in Sarasota Florida that's closing. Most inventory is deeply discounted. I suggest by the time anyone sees this report the store will be closed.

It use to be a great place to shop. They are going to close so they are advertising 25% off everything. It's a rip off. They always have asked but this sale they are using the expensive price so it's no bargain. Total ripoff

Worst customer experience I've ever had! I never write bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. The store associate shipped the item I bought to the wrong address (not the address I provided and confirmed) then the store made it impossible to get in contact with someone who can assist. When I called Macy's customer care they say they can't locate the order because it was "placed in store" and I need to visit the store to get it resolved. I live out of town so I didn't have the option of going back to the store. The problem is still not resolved for a $300 order because there is no one that can help unless I return the physical location of the store.

A clothing store with a large selection of branded clothing from well-known designers and own brands.
The brands are all well presented and the clothes racks are neat, it's fun to look around.
There is also a well-presented cosmetics and perfume department and a large jewelry department.
My girlfriend and I love the Last Act corner.
This is a wonderful bargain section with big reductions. We always find a nice piece there for little money.

They might as well make this location a women's only store. The "Men's store" is a joke.

This use to be one of the best Macy's in the area but no more. Went to the Men's Department with a client and they had only one person working for the whole Department and refused to leave her post to help us, very rude toward us. Also, the AC was barely working.

Found some decent prices on sale items. The store was so empty. Very small selection of clothing items in the children’s department. Minimal staff.

Incredibly large, clean store with great customer service. Feels like a VIP shopping experience.
