For four years Mr. Magill kept missing a deduction. When I discovered that the last year return of 2016 had the deduction I went back since 2012 and found it wasn't claimed. Mr. Magill had the opportunity to rectify the errors by filing amendments. Unfortunately Mr. Magill didn't file the 2013 amendment and claimed he was busy! Hence I missed the refund of approximately $700, not to mention the 2012 that was also missed. When I offered Mr. Magill to prepare the next two years tax return for free to compensate for my loss, he refused and asked me to find someone else to prepare my tax return!
