I picked this store and the young man who helped me knew exactly what to do. He was professional, efficient and pleasant.”

“Many thanks to the UPS store staff, I received a package that was not mine and opened it, when I realized it was not mine, I took to the UPS store and left it there. Once I got home, and checked for a package that I was waiting for, I realized that my package was checked off as delivered. I called the UPS store and Cara was very helpful! She took a picture of the label and sent to me so that I could contact the store my items were marked delivered from. I have been to this UPS store several times and everyone is always nice, professional and friendly. I appreciate good customer service and this store has gone out of there way to help me more than once!”
“I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me.
