Our install was amazing, we love the new floors! Our salesman Jared was super helpful and easy to work with. He really knew his stuff. No pressure, just honest advice, great service.

We just used Manasota Flooring in Sarasota to replace all of the floors in our home in Palmetto. Wow! What a great experience. Melissa Huber, our sales rep, was terrific... helpful, offered great suggestions, and followed the process with us every step of the way. Their onsite team -- from measurements to installation -- prompt, polite and thorough. 5 stars. A big job, but a great experience!

Sept ordered TILES, paid with credit card.After many calls, texts. They never ordered TILES. Drove there, returned order total. KEPT CREDIT CARD FEE WHEN THEN DID NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.......

I was veryry pleased with Manasota Flooring. From my first call with Serena, our sales representative, to working with the installation crew, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. We were looking to do a project and was on-again / off-again. Serena was very helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful and patient with our decision process. She was very transparent and helpful in getting us the best price.
The two-man installation crew was great. They did what they said they would do and was on time each day and kept the work-site clean and orderly during the 3-day project.

We worked with Jared to find and order flooring for our home office. He was relaxed and easy to work with. The installation was well done, though they did have come back to fix one small mistake which they took care of quickly and courteously.

We moved to Florida and purchased an older house that required new flooring. After spending weeks looking around at many flooring companies in the Bradenton/Sarasota area we finally found a tile design that we wanted throughout our home at Manasota Flooring. Serena Estes managed our account, and she was wonderful to work with. After the in home measurements for tile she told us that the concrete foundation slab had setting cracks and that just installing tile over the setting concrete foundation would eventually cause our new tile to crack and lift up. She said that this issue is easily resolved by adding a subfloor on top of the concrete slab and then installing the tile on the subfloor which we did. Serena Estes also suggested that between rooms we add a tile matrix to help define each room entrance. She suggested several tile matrixes, and we fell in love with one that she had selected for us. The entire installation process started on the date scheduled and was completed on time. The installation crew did an amazing job not only installing the tile flooring but did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. We had materials left that Serena Estes took back and prorated our contract with a refund for materials not used. That helped reduce the extra cost for the subflooring that we purchased to help protect the investment in our new tile flooring. We would most definitely recommend having your flooring projects done by Manasota Flooring having Serena Estes as your project manager.

Just simply the best in town! Jared did a fantastic job matching new wood flooring to my existing wood floors that were no longer available. Can't tell the difference. He took the time to really explore all of the options. Their installers were super professional and fast. Three rooms 1.5 days!

We couldn't be happier with the process of replacing our floors with Manasota-Sarasota. We had to replace our CoreTech Vinyl Laminate floors and also the base boards due to a previous contractor putting them in without sealing the concrete or using a vapor barrier (we are talking nasty mold). Jarrod Weisblatt and his installation team kept to all time lines and were very flexible with our timing as we had a lot of mold remediation work to do. Our home is our home again. I would recommend this guys to anyone who wants a fair deal and expert installation.

Manasota Flooring worked with us in selecting products as well
as removing and installing more than 1600 sq ft. of hardwood flooring and 1000 sq ft of carpet. The staff was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We particularly appreciate the support and assistance of Ms Serena Estes and strongly commend and recommend Manasota Flooring.

Manasota has completed DOZENS of flooring installation for the construction company I work for. They never miss scheduling, have poor quality, or cause any issues. James F. takes amazing care of us along with Barbara and Cory. Their installation crews are respectful and clean, homeowners always say allowing them into their homes is a pleasure. I could not recommend this company enough.
