Paul helped us with our purchase of 2 mattresses. I was expecting a big sales pitch and gear us towards the top of the line mattresses. Instead Paul asked us some questions and gave us a couple of options to start to look at. He gave us good information and we feel we made the right decision on our purchases. Thanks Paul.

The time, information, and attention to detail that was given to us as customers were simply unheard of.Sleep expert Peter discussed so many different options and gave us so much knowledge that he just wanted to make it best for us, no matter brand or price, ultimately making us the most comfortable. Never once did anything feel like a sales pitch, but more so whatever made us most comfortable.

Best selection of mattresses anywhere!! The salesman, Paul , was very nice helpful didn’t push, let me make it my own mind. I tried out many mattresses.. Let me take my time and told me everything about them. Then I ended up getting a Tempur-pedic. Very good mattress .I highly recommend this place. Don’t forget to ask for Paul if you go..

I walked into Mattress Firm in Sarasota to buy my son Logan a California King bed!! Right away, I let our salesman Peter know that we were just starting to look & would be “shopping around” to compare deals! Peter did such an AMAZING job educating us on WHY we need to buy from Mattress Firm and went ABOVE & BEYOND to get our business!!! From PURCHASE to DELIVERY everything was PERFECT!!! The store staff are very helpful, but the contractor who delivers and installs is a ZERO. The first installers did not know they were to connect a ‘sync cord’ so the two sides of the platform could raise and lower together. They’ve come back TWO MORE TIMES — still without the sync cord. A disaster still unresolved.
