The Martinez boy is Hindu.
He scammed me, he didn't make my line payment and he extended my payment, I didn't realize it later, but you have to be careful with that guy.

Was there on vacation. Got my grandson a phone for his birthday. Been with Metro for decades. Everything great except for the price. In Ohio I would get major deals as a return customer not here.

Unless you are starting a new account or paying a bill so not go to these people. Our accounts were due for an upgrade and I went in there with the intensions on spending 5 to 600 on a new phone for my fiance who needs it for work and the sales associate was literally so lazy all she could do was say we only have 2 phones available for a free upgrade. After that my fiance had to ask her to show us which phones because she didn't even want to walk from behind the counter. There was nobody in the store and I really can't believe how badly we were treated there.

The young man in there with braids is absolutely horrible!!! He was the rudest representative I've ever met I believe his name was Kedani. He talked about my appearance and was very unhelpful and rude. This man should not be the face of the company hes very unprofessional and needs to be fired.

Said they're supposed to be open, but they're not! Been waiting 30 minutes past the opening window but no one even showed up. Store has had problems keeping people around. Perhaps some managerial education is in order. A proper manager knows how to keep people around.

In this place, you will deal with people of the type that if you see them on the street, you will keep them away. We have been scammed in this place. I bought a very bad phone and I could not return it, and they did not tell me that it was not returnable before I bought it. I called the main office and in the end they will An amount is deducted from the monthly payment from the bill, after that is done, I will change to another company
