I am so livid right now, if I could leave negative stars, I would.
Went in to purchase a new phone because the last one broke. Went for the cheapest option because we don't have a lot of money to blow on a new phone. Chose the 80$ phone. Isaiah (E-sigh-ace?) grabs phone case, we say no, don't need all that, he says its a gift for the new phone, free. Throws in a case, screen protector, and a speaker. Total comes out to more than twice what we thought (yes, we included tax). We go whoa, no, wait, what? And he says we're paying our phone bill because its due in a few days. We say okay, pay for it. Three days later we get the notification to pay our bill and we're like...what? So we go in and double check and he tries to claim the things were, in fact, gifts, but our phone bill never got paid. It is not pending, it is a finalized charge as of two days before this review. We say, that's not cool, we didn't want this, we want to return the stuff and get the refund, he says okay but we need to bring the items back. We go home, get the items and bring them back. He claims he cannot refund the speaker (not even opened, seals still in place) because the 'computer won't let him'. He kept and threw out the case and screen protector boxes so we 'can't return those' either. Says we're out of luck and he cannot give us our money back even though we wanted to return the items. Refuses to even try again or find a solution. He made 90$ in commission sales by lying and we are out that money we thought was going to our phone bill. Oh, and the guy he claimed was his manager said he was just an employee and did not want to deal with us.
I know how these jobs work, he makes commission. He lied to make commission and the other employee (who was outside yelling on his phone when we got there the first time) refused to even speak to us when we explained what happened. He knew his coworker messed up. He didn't want to deal with that.
Called Metro customer service, first guy told me to go to a different store and he would ensure I would get a refund. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. Went to the other store, he refused to even pull up my account so I called customer service back. Second supervisor told me the first guy lied and there is nothing she can do for us. Our only recourse is to call the cops, cops refused to do anything over 90$ and 'used' products (phone case and screen protector, speaker was still in box, i showed the first guy). Even though I had a receipt.
Tempted to just flat out leave T-Mobile after almost 6 years over this.

The tall, bald, tan guy in his 40s-50s (Rajan, either owns the store or is the District Mgr.) likes to run a SCAM to rip people off. Here's how it works: 1) You pay w/credit card. 2) He says "It didn't go through." 3) You pay in cash. 4) The charge DOES go through but the cash payment doesn't show up. Because he just took the cash. DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU. I used to like Metro a lot but this co. is run terribly from top to bottom. This happened on 11-4-23

I walked into the Metro PCS this morning thinking I would get exceptional service and get the complete opposite. An employee by the name of Zack disregarded me, was on his phone when i thought he was talking to me, was all out of focus and I brought it to his attention and he immediately starts talking trash to me. I asked for his bosses phone number to report the incident and he refused to give it and told me to get out of his metro. He was completely disrespectful and treated me as if my concern of why i xame in didnt matter. He even told me to go a do what i needed to myself as if i was bothering his time. He should not be representing a professionally established company like Metro to whom weentrust with our telecommunixation needs. I will also be reporting the incident and embarassment to corporate.
