Arrived 40 minutes before closing time and the young gentleman was so kind and patient. He knew I was desperate and needed a new phone for business reasons. I had my phone in my back pocket while I used the bathroom and phone fell in the toilet. The 2nd time this year.

Got here at 9am because Google said it opened at 9am. I get here, and the door says they open at 10am. Someone please fix this.

It isn't necessarily that I got bad service there because Anna the store manager is wonderful there it's Metro's customer service I have a problem with they have been overcharging me for 10 months and I can't seem to get any help with it and they still have not cancelled the service on my bill that I am getting charged for I keep going back and forth I think those Indian call centers just want you to get so mad you give up.

Went to return a phone after purchase within the 14 days and they refuse to return the money or take the phone back apparently according to Metro it is up to each individual store as to whether or not they will honor what's written on the receipt

Bought a new A14 last week from the Clark road store...Ricky was great getting everything changed over...went to the BeeRidge store yesterday and sat with Yenet for 15 min...she is the sweetest person....great patience..answered anything I good think of switching over the phones...wonderful experience in both stores...
