Michaels is a store offering everything to create anything, with expansive craft assortments including popular art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, frames, floral, scrapbook materials, beads, jewelry kits, Cricuts, and craft machines. It also provides party supplies like balloon inflation, decorations, gift packaging, favors, and tableware. The store is known for having great sales all the time and a perfect variety of crafting supplies for many customers, who find the products quality and the prices low. The staff is frequently noted as friendly and very helpful. However, some reviews note that the store can have very little options for specific artist supplies, with mentions of a floral section lacking in selections and an oil paint section that was disorganized with low-quality brushes. Despite this, for many it remains a necessity with a good location and an easy shopping experience both in-store and online.
Its a craft store...I love Michaels although I was disappointed today they were having a seasonal sale event 40,50 ,60 percent off ..The sale prices were still to much. Actually ridiculous.. that ment to me the full price was way overpriced and not worth what they wanted for it..

Absolutely love going back home to Sarasota. I grew up going to the Art & Craft classes. So many fun things throughout the store for all sorts of hobbies! Took my 4yr old daughter there for the first time a couple weeks ago while we were on vacation. She LOVED that there were Kpop Demon Hunter items in the store.

Any kind of craft you could care to do the supplies are here. I appreciate the fabric and sewing section now that Joanns is gone. Love the self checkout. Intuitive and quick.
