I am always greeted when I enter the shop! I’m always satisfied with my pedicure, she takes her time and she always listens to what I want. I feel relaxed and pampered and it keeps me coming back!!!! Great atmosphere!!!

Unfortunately, now I have to write a bad review. My first visit here was amazing, and I got A1 service, so of course I went back.
My 2nd visit I felt like I had wasted my money. The tech was rushing, because her kids were hungry and ready to go. She gave me a much better classic. There was nothing deluxe about the pedi, she scratched me rushing, my polish had drip marks, and I didn’t like that she left before I finished paying. I messed my nails up grabbing my card, but she was gone. They insisted I pay, so the lady checking me out could focus on her client, but my nails weren’t dry. Based on my first visit, I gave them another try. Worst mistake ever. It was not clean, smelled of cigarettes, kids kept coming from the back, I was rushed again, and made to wait for my nails to be done. I specified when I walked in who I wanted and what I wanted. She took her precious time coming to do my nails. Even took a few bites of a snack. I paid and walked out.

I needed a dip manicure and gel pedicure and they were the only ones that could take me in that day so I went in. I will have to say, this is by far the worst service I have been given. My pedicure looks horrible, the gel polish is uneven and it shows. My dip manicure is by far the worst I have seen and gotten as well. In less than 24 hours the polish on one of the nails chipped off at the tip. In less than 48 hours, the polish popped off and other nails were lifting. These are my real nails and dip should not pop off the way they were doing. In less than always get dip at another salon and this has never happened to me. Also, I asked for dip and when the gentleman started working on my hands, he was about to our acrylic. I do not ever get acrylic on my nails because it makes my nails very brittle. I had to stop him and tell him I wanted dip and then he tried to tell me it was the same thing.
I will not be coming back unfortunately. I went to another nail salon within 3 days and had my nails redone. What a waste of time and money.

I’d like to start off by saying that I do not leave bad reviews. I worked in the service industry for many years so I know how important it is to get good reviews. If a service is not great I just won’t return to the establishment. This time I feel it is important to warn others of my experience. I had never been to this salon before, but an acquaintance had recommended it since my usual salon was busy at the time. This was on a Wednesday. The woman who did my nails was very nice, but did not speak any English so when I asked her if she wanted to put my sandals on my feet before she polished them, another nail technician nearby answered that she will put the sandals on after she polishes the toes. To be expected, the polish was smudged, and she tried to fix them but they ended up smudged again anyway. I managed to maneuver the polish a little so that you could only tell it was smudged if you got close enough. My gel manicure started to lift off the nail before I left the salon. She again tried to fix the nail, but the next day it came off anyway along with two others. I called to let them know I had a problem and they told me that I could come back the next day, since I was unable to get there that day, to get my nails fixed for free. I didn’t bother asking to get my toes fixed because I was already annoyed that I had to get my gel manicure fixed. I just wanted to have nice fingernails for my gender reveal party on Sunday. When I woke up on Sunday two more nails peeled off. You can imagine how upsetting that was since they are closed on Sunday. I called Monday, after 2 more nails peeled off, and explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone. She said that she was not a manager and a gentleman got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and asked for a refund. He said no refunds very rudely and told me to come back in to get them fixed for free. I explained that I had already come in to get them fixed and did not want to come in a second time. I asked for a refund again and again he rudely said no refunds. What a shame to treat a customer that way over $30. Between my feet, my nails and the tip I spent $75 and couldn’t even get $30 back for their obvious mistake. I would rather walk around with no polish on my fingers, then go back to an establishment that treats people poorly and get them fixed for free again. Why would I waste my time? I’m sure it wouldn’t last anyway. In all my years of getting my nails done I’ve never had to get a gel polish fixed even one time. Please don’t waste your money at this place.

I did not hit my nails on the side of the uv lamp and perhaps you should reconsider your process regarding sandals. There is obviously an issue with either your polish or the training of your staff, so yes there is fault and it is not mine. If you were to go to a restaurant and your food was made incorrectly twice, would you wait for them to fix it a second time? No you would get your money back which is to be expected. Clearly you do not value good service. Instead you try to blame it on your customer.

??BEWARE!!!!⚠️? Why can't I give zero stars? My wife went here and got a bad nails and toes done! 3 nails came off the next day so we went back and they "fixed" it. Next day, another nail. They will not give our money back. So here I am. Please don't go here, this place is trash!!!!
Update. To the owners response...... my wife works at a computer. All she did was go to sleep. Less than 24 hours after the nails were done they started to fall of. She does not do manual labor and did not go to the beach. We were not happy with your service and requested a refund only after you failed to correct the issue in the first place. You refused. This is bad business. Generic responses will not make it better.

Here they do good nails, pedicure and now doing microblading. Michelle does very good job, if you need anything done come by and visit her, excellent services and good team.

Michelle did my micro blading. The results were fantastic! She was clean, private and professional. I just did my first follow up and if I need anything else I will be contacting her again for sure!

Stylist: Michelle micro bladed my eyebrows and she did such an amazing job! I finally have eyebrows that look amazing! I never got my eyebrows back after chemotherapy made them fall out 15 years ago and Michelle gave me back my eyebrows! ♥️

I got my brows done here by Michelle the owner I believe. She fit me in on a Sunday and took special care of me. My brows look amazing. I recommend her if your needing anything down.
