I have to say how much of a delight this has been so far. Steve calling within 20mins (if that) to let me know that my rims are being shipped and gave me the option/ info for lugs. He then sat on the phone with me going over offsets, tire sizes, trimming and everything else that goes along with it. He went as far as finding other peoples fitments to help me compare. Two days later my wheels show up at my front door on a Sunday. I opened all the boxes and they are packed amazing, and they are flawless. I had to write this, because today it seems like all you get is people that try to push you off, just to get to doing nothing. Or, your product has an issue, or poor quality control. Then customer service is usually a nightmare. My blood pressure is up before I get to a human. So, I would like t o4 thank everyone who has had a hand in this and to let you guys/gals know how amazing it is to still see companies and associates like yours.And just information for others. After Steve’s help I ended up putting on 22x10 4P08 wheels from 4play. Toyo A/T III 37x12.5x22 and I have a 2023 Ford F250 with a 2.5” ready lift level. Minor trimming was needed

Wow!Couldn’t be more impressed with OE Wheels. The product & service are both next level and in today’s world, it's rare to see companies go above and beyond. Not only was working with Steve great as he assisted the entire way through the purchasing process, but he stepped up even after the wheels were delivered! One of the wheels was damaged during shipping and he immediately got a replacement out without me even asking…absolute next level customer service!11/10 would recommend and will send anyone who asks straight to Steve & OE!(Not to mention the wheels look awesome on the truck too!)

Thanks to Steve and OE wheels for the total package of my 4Play wheels, they were dealing with an inbound Hurricane (Idalia) and these guys stayed late to get my wheels shipped before everything shut down and prior to shipping I was told there might be a delay because of road closures and power outages in the state but about a week later the freight truck arrived with my order and I wasn’t even expecting it for another week.. The process of ordering my wheels was a huge experiment because my 22 Silverado ZR2 has a factory lift but very few people had bothered to add aftermarket wheels and no one could say for sure if a lift or leveling kit would be necessary.. Luckily the 22 inch 4P06 wheels wrapped in Nitto 33 inch tires fit onto the stock setup and I have gotten numerous comments on how great my truck looks, even the local Chevy dealership agrees that the truck has a more aggressive stance and sets it apart from the rest of the pack. Great ? Service, Great Shipping Beautiful Wheels.. Thank you Steve for your professionalism and Gratitude to OE Wheels..

These are my second set of 4Play Wheels and once again these guys knocked it out of the park...David Sosa my sales rep jumped on my order and they had them shipped right away and the tires and wheels were already mounted and balanced with the TPMS sensors and the entire process was super easy and I love the look! Steve Wilson at OE Wheels was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about size of wheels and tires I would need. I bought a tire and wheel package and they look and drive great. Made a big difference on my 1994 Corvette. I will definitely be using OE Wheels and Steve for my next purchase.

I purchased a set of black replica wheels (cv68) for my 2022 Silverado. The wheels looked great online but when I received them the area around the lugnuts was unpainted. With the wheels on the truck you can see a 1/2 inch ring of bare metal around each black lugnut. The picture of the wheels on the oe wheels site does not show this. I would not have bought them if it did. They did offer the excuse that it has to be that way per regulations but I have did a ton of research and I have yet to find another wheel with such subpar craftsmanship. The cost of sending them back far exceeds painting them myself.*UPDATE*The morning after posting this review, I was contacted by Steve from OE Wheels concerning my purchase and displeasure. Steve and I discussed the situation and came up with a solution that was more than fair. He was professional and nothing but a gentleman throughout the process. He wanted to make sure I was happy. That is rare these days. I changed my rating to 5 stars because OE Wheels (and Steve) went above and beyond to make this a positive buying experience. ?

Steve Wilson is a wealth of knowledge and help concerning new wheels for my corvette. It was a sincere pleasure dealing with Steve and the OE Wheels Company. I was very nervous of the shipping of wheels and mounted new tires but all arrived in great shape, well balanced and earlier than expected. Companies and wonderful staff can be hard to find today. I would highly recommend to anyone contemplating new wheels/tires to look no further than OE WHEELS in Sarasota Florida........ask for Steve Wilson and tell him Steve Foss sent ya!!

I have to say the wheels are beautiful but equally important is there customer service all I can say is WOW! Steve was super fast replying to questions and when I had a problem with an item damaged in shipping he was able to get a replacement out the same day! Not many companies these day have this class of customer service any longer. I'm extremely impressed. Funny part of this is I had a small crack on the inside edge of the rim welders in the area wanted to charge me anywhere from 150 to 225 to fix it and it would still have the curb rash and other blemishes. I just happen to stumble on this OEWheels site and after seeing the pics posted and the rave reviews I was ready to purchase. Thanks again Steve and OEWheels for my experience.
