My friends and I rented from them for vacation, The car had problems the entire time, the communication was terrible during our time, we dropped the car off a day early on 4/20 and here it is JUNE 4th and we still haven’t received a refund for our 300 dollar deposit and they have stopped responding to us. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO . 0/10 don’t recommend.

Beware!! Dont use this company they will not refund you the deposit of $300. They have been taking money from multiple people look at all the reviews. They keep on making excuses to why they haven't sent my deposit to me. Don't get scammed?

NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.This company charges your debit/ credit card $300 right away before they give you the car and they make you sign a contract. They never issue your deposit after you return the car.THEY DO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY AWFULLY LIE TO NOT TO REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS. PLEASE CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO SEE THE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I DO HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION, I CAN SEND IT TO ANYONE IF ASKED AND CONTACTED MY LAWYER TO SUE THIS COMPANY.

WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER I PAID CASH USED CREDIT CARD FOR DEPOSIT AS A DEPOSIT WAS TOLD IT WAS A HOLD IT TOOK MORE THAN 15 DAYS TO RETURN A HOLD ON MY CARD HOLDS COME OFF WITHIN 72 HRS ITS A HOLD ONCE CAR IS RETURNED HOLDS COME OFF A CHARGE Takes 15 DAYS CAR WAS SMELLY NOT CLEANED FOR COVID SAFETY AN IT SMELLED LIKE IT WAS RUNNING HOT AN NEEDED BREAKS AN WIND Shield WIPERS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE THEY EVEN CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD TWICE FOR A DEPOSIT CAR HAD NO DAMAGES ONLY HAD IT FOR ONE DAY STRAIGHT SCAMMERS?

BEWARE. looks cheap but read the contract very carefully. Do not be rushed into it. Note the mileage restrictions and the cost of exceeding the limit.Note the car wash and cleaning requirements before you hand it iback.And their requirements for extra insurance which is mandatory.BUT WORST. be careful about your refundable deposit. I was asked for a separate check which he said would be held and returned to me at the end of my lease. IT WAS IMMEDIATELY CASHED. Now over five months later I still have not had it back,only silly excuses about repayingCAN BE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN BUDGET IN THE ENDA shame because the car was good and the initial service pleasant and helpful

They saved us from the many troubles we would’ve had if we didn’t find a car. Although no one is at the building constantly when they are open, someone came after I sent a text and had called.Well, right now i’m having trouble getting my deposit back and its been the 15 days post the business days. I am having trouble getting a hold of someone. Hopefully, I get my deposit back. I would hate to file against them. $300 is too much money to play about. Especially when i was told i would get it back today.

ONS staff, are always very friendly and attentive. Their vehicles are always super clean. I have rented vehicles with them for the past two years, and travel to Tampa weekly to visit my family and have never experienced any mechanical issues with their vehicles. Very dependable. I highly recommend ONS. I have always received 5-Star service.

The gentleman I booked with and texted with was super nice!! But they charge alot for a car when you don't have a credit card but I was in a big jam and needed the car it wasn't in the best shape at all but it got me to where I needed to go but that car needed to be maintenence for sure! Also still wait on my deposit at this point idk if I will ever get that back but other than that of you are in a jam and can't rent from the bigger rental companies this place will work with you and they are nice!!!

Do yourself a favor and do not rent from this crooked car rental company! It took four days of back and forth texting to finally get lined up with a car. Then they send a rental agreement with a $300 deposit added to it that was never mentioned. When I told them that I did not want the car and wouldn't agree to the terms and asked that my $572 charge be credited back to my account they refused and further stated that if I disputed the credit card charge they would charge me an additional $100. All this occurred 2 weeks prior to my scheduled rental date. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to make this unscrupulous company honor my request and credit my card for a vehicle rental terms that were never agreed to and a vehicle that I never used.

I was very happy to have found ONS rental cars after the engine seized on my relatively new Kia optima. I first went to Enterprise and had more than enough money in my checking account to prepay for the week or two I would need to rent a car AS WELL as the deposit that was required. But Enterprise would not take my debit card. I had four credit cards on me that I had just paid off but the limit on each one was $500. So when I asked if I could put the deposit on one of them and then put the amount for actually renting the car on another one I was told no that it all had to be on one card. None of my cards have enough of a credit limit to put the amount for 2 weeks of a rental car plus the deposit. Of course Enterprise does not tell you this when you're online reserving your car. So I had my oldest daughter drop me off at Enterprise completely unaware that I was about to be stuck there because I didn't have a high enough limit to cover over $1,000. I eventually made it home and the next morning started calling around. By the afternoon I had found a ONS but had to wait until I got off of work to go rent the car and that happened to be right at their closing time. I texted practically begging for someone to just wait for me to get there with my friend who was dropping me off. They were completely accommodating. The person who answered the text messaged me to let me know that they had to step out but they would be right back. When I got there a young lady was there and look like she was trying to wrap it up for the day but she was kind enough to stay and process everything for me. I ended up securing the car for 5 days initially and had to add on another 4 days and then again another 4 days. Both times I needed to extend all I had to do was send a text and they sent me back a new authorization to ping my same debit card again which I signed using the edit photo of my screenshot and texted back. At the end of all those days when I dropped off the car I arrived about 10 minutes late because I almost forgot to go through the car wash. And I was basically vacuuming it at red lights on the way there. So no one was there but I dropped off the keys and texted the phone number again. The person who responded texted me and asked me exactly what time I had dropped it off and that was that. It has been the exact amount of days they told me it would be to have my deposit returned to me and right on time this evening I received an email from ONS with a receipt attached for the deposit being deposited back into the account. Not only did they make this entire process painless with their excellent customer service and willingness to accommodate... But they were also honest and professional every step of the way. My car was clean, ran well, and was exactly what I needed. By the time I dropped off the car back to them I already had a free rental from Enterprise that KIA was paying for while they replaced my engine free of charge because of a defect. Enterprise has clean cars but if I could get Kia to rent me another car from ONS I would. Their car had excellent get up and go and ran much smoother than the one I'm driving now while I wait. I really appreciate you guys thank you so so much! I would definitely recommend you and will recommend you to anyone needing a car in the future. ?
