O'Reilly's is always the best place in my opinion to get Auto parts. Not only do they have a better selection and can get any part the same day or next day typically, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

My driver's side tire popped while I was driving and I ended up parked across the street. As I wasn't strong enough to get the lug nuts off, I did what the best option i thought was and decided to ask for help from experienced car guys. I walked to O'Reilly's and explained that I had a flat tire and would someone be able to help me change it. With one customer in the floor and three to four employees there, no one wanted to help me at all. I get the liability issue of work, which is the reason for two stars, but a group of 50-60 year old guys unable to help a young lady change a tire in a dead store? No sort of customer service or assistance? I guess chivalry must be dead at this location. Luckily I was able to flag down two helpful 20-30 year olds that were able to help me. Just to reiterate, I had the jack, the spare and everything needed to change the tire. They just didn't want to help at all. That's for the amazing customer service guys, really speaks to your mission. :( As for the nice guys, they got tipped well and I gave them a free lunch and they're going to get a five star review for going above and beyond to help a stranded lady in need. That's the type of customer service we need in this world. Not O'Really's. As in "O'Reallys, you're not going to help?"
