I wish I could leave no stars for this horrible place. If you are a young person looking to start a career or to earn extra money, save yourself the trouble. This store has the worst management one can possibly come across.Before firing someone for not going into a shift without haven told this employee needed to go in to work in the first place and then telling them they are fired for not showing up that day is lack of communication and managerial skills. I suggest PacSun fires the person in charge or scheduling or managing staff.I will never drop a dime in this or any store owned by this business.

Staff at this store were absolutely rude and awful. I asked one of the associates how the sale worked and her response was well if you look at the sign it will tell you. Cashier wasn’t any better she barely looked up at anyone she was checking out just handed them their receipt and grabbed the next in line. Rooms attendant was rude as she slammed the door behind you as you entered the room. From someone that owns a company I would never want any of these girls to represent my brand or company.

Complete lack of respect and disregard for their customers. Six employees working and no attention, nor assistance was given. Do not go there. Do not waste your time and money.

Store closes at 6pm and they close the fitting rooms at 5:30 so you can’t try anything on. And they close the gate and don’t let anybody in the store at 5:40! Only store in UTC that I see doing this. I guess sales must be good and they don’t need the extra business.

I ask a friend where he purchased this really cool shirt he was wearing. He tells me PacSun just a few weeks ago. Who'd have thought? Advertising by word of mouth? Like... that's craaaazzzzy!I call the store to see if they have it. The gentleman who answers the phone responds "No, I don't think so.""No, I don't think so."Not "I'll go check." Not "Please hold while I find out."He responds "No, I don't think so."I ask to speak to the manager. Lo & behold they had it! It pays to get to the bottom of things!Customer Service? Whodathunk?

Went to UTC Sarasota on a Sunday to purchase jeans and realized that the same jeans online was $10 off. Asked one of the associates if they would price match and they said no, I have to order it online. First of, these kids has 0 customer service. No common sense- it’s like you have to show them what they are there for. So I placed the order online with store pickup option since I was already at the mall. I was hoping to get a confirmation email stating it’s ready for pickup within the 2 hour window while I was at the mall but no. Come Tuesday afternoon and still no confirmation email and so I had to call customer service. This will be the first and last purchase. I’ve never encountered horrible customer service. Once I receive the item from the mail if I’ll ever get it) I’ll definitely return it and spend my money elsewhere.

all workers are extremely rude escpecially managers, they need to learn some serious customer service skills and stop pushing people for their information at the checkout. managers talk badly about customers if they dont like them as well. very uncomfortable place to shop
