“Ross has been my go to guy for paint stuff for a decade. He knows his products and really goes out of his way to get things right. Nice thing is they don't try to up sell you or push high end stuff when it's not necessary. Best thing are there prices are right on everything. Paint is well priced but so are the tools. You'll do as good on price or better here than the box stores or on line and it's right in the neighborhood, fast and great customer service.”

“If you need help with the perfect color from guys who care as much about it as you do , then 12th St. Ben Moore is your place. Both Chris and Howie worked extensively with me, trying to match one of their sample colors. We will all remember CW225! They both tried different formulas in different bases until we found the perfect color. This was after many attempts on my own. I really appreciate their courteous , professional help.”

“I have literally never written a review on Google but I feel so strongly about my amazing experience at this SW store that I had to do it. I have been legit going insane trying to pick paint colors... for almost 3 months now. I was going to get the paint from Home Depot but the painter we hired to do our house prefers SW. I went to the store to pick some swatches and decided to talk to someone there for some advice. Amanda was SOOOO knowledgeable about colors she legit helped me make a decision on several colors within maybe 10 minutes. I can't express to you how much I appreciated her expertise and assistance. She was just so awesome. And I saw her helping a few others while I was there; all the customers seemed super happy after speaking with her, as well. KUDOS TO YOU, AMANDA!! You're the best!!!!!! “I have pickup paint orders from SW several times from different locations including this one and it has always been a hassle. The order is not ready despite receiving an email that it is. The staff takes an unusually long term at the computer or gathering the order. This time was different! They get 5 stars because the order was ready, the associate was efficient and polite.
