“Ross has been my go to guy for paint stuff for a decade. He knows his products and really goes out of his way to get things right. Nice thing is they don't try to up sell you or push high end stuff when it's not necessary. Best thing are there prices are right on everything. Paint is well priced but so are the tools. You'll do as good on price or better here than the box stores or on line and it's right in the neighborhood, fast and great customer service.”

“I have pickup paint orders from SW several times from different locations including this one and it has always been a hassle. The order is not ready despite receiving an email that it is. The staff takes an unusually long term at the computer or gathering the order. This time was different! They get 5 stars because the order was ready, the associate was efficient and polite.
