Absolutely the worst movers of all time. I have used them many times but the management shifted and now it’s a disgrace. They charged me 20000 for a complete move. By the time the job was done everything was to be put in its final place. This didn’t happen. They broke numerous items. Jammed garbage in boxes. Complained the whole time. They threw away birth certificates, passports and family photos. When it came time to unpack they threw garbage all over the house in no organized way whatsoever. 20000 covered all unpacking and organizing. I have never been so disrespected by a company. The owners son Todd smelled of alcohol and smoked non stop. The house has things that smell like smoke now. They jammed my daughter’s inhaler in a dirty shoe. It’s a miracle I found it. They offered to send two more people out to fix it and I declined. They destroyed so many important things. They threw away my son’s ultrasound photos. I hired competent people instead. I’m going to take legal action against them and I will create a fb post anyone curious can follow up on. Also they stole my 3000 dollar espresso machine. They delete bad reviews so I will continue to post this daily. Find someone else to move you.

We recently moved from Lakewood Ranch to Carmel, IN with Pampered Movers handling the entire process. They met their schedule and everyone was very easy to work with. A small step-ladder was lost somewhere in the moving process but we told Pampered that this was not a big deal and nothing needed to be done. But they insisted on replacing the ladder, which came a few days ago. For me, how a company handles mistakes or potential conflicts with a customer is the best indicator of the true character of any organization. They passed this test with flying colors. Pampered Movers gets my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation!

Our most recent move was probably our 4th with Pampered Movers. This is a great family owned and operated company. Todd packed us and crewed the move. They treat your possessions so carefully! Nothing has ever been damaged or broken. Todd goes the extra mile and gives great advice on furniture placement, too. I hope I never move again, but I know we will and when we do we will once again call PM.

Pampered Movers exceeded our expectations during a move from Sarasota to Greenville, SC. Three bedroom house, probably 100 boxes (yes my wife has to much stuff), 20 plus large boxes of my framed photos, and zero damage.
Special thanks to Gianni who coordinated the move and led the teams on both ends.
I would strongly recommend Pampered Movers.

This is the second time I've had Pampered Movers move me and they didn't disappoint again!The two teams--1 to pack and 1 to move were terrific and so careful, respectful of my belongings.I would recommend them without reservation!

I was under the impression that Pampered movers of Sarasota would be better quality as their pricing was 30% higher than the competition, however I quickly learned they’re deceiving thieves who intentionally mislead by charging hidden additional overhead/operational fees non-related to the entire move was and was not mentioned at all in advance or even on their contract. The additional fees were brought to my attention only after the entire move. They’re also non-responsive when confronted.

The guys showed up on time and took care of all our stuff. Loaded the truck in unbelievable quick amount of time and when we arrived at our new place they took the time to make sure things got to the right room. I highly recommend the company.
