This review does not necessarily reflect the store itself, it is more toward the employees that were working on 2-23-24. My husband frequents the Starbucks that is located outside of the store and use the lounge area that is located nearby. 2 of the employees were pointing at him, whispering and laughing. When he noticed it they quickly disappeared into the back of the store. Not only did their behavior effect any business that we would’ve have given Pandora, it also has effected our daily visit to Starbucks because the situation made him so uncomfortable that he doesn’t even want to walk into the mall. The girls need to focus more on offering the exceptional customer service that Pandora prides themselves on and expects their employees to offer and less on the people that are outside of the store. High school is over for them, they need to grow up and stop being the “mean girls”. They need to realize that their behaviors have consequences.

I’m not happy right now; I never do these type of reviews; but I have been calling this store for 2 hrs now no answer- they have my jewelry cleaning (which I had to leave over night they said due to holiday after waiting in line for over an hour, which I will have to wait in line again to pick up)- just wanted to tell them I would be tomorrow to pick up over $700 in jewelry to be cleaned. Then, a pair of $200+ earrings I got for my mom for my wedding gift they won’t replace or fix the one that will not lock, so she can’t wear them because she doesn’t want to loose them they’re expensive and special due to my wedding!!! This is awful! I expect a response and a call. I have been a very good customer since 2009 (founding year) and I have a pandora cc!!! Not happy whatsoever

Horrible service, they have a very bad attitude, the truth is that it is horrible, many sellers and they do nothing, I do not recommend going to that Pandora store in UTC Sarasota, horrible experience

I own two pandora bracelets and several rings which have been bought at this location throughout the years. I walked into the store with my mother and we were not greeted by any of the 7 employees in the empty store. We then proceeded to look at charms through the glass waiting to be helped. Still not a word from any employee. In this time I attempted to make conversation as I work with the public all the time and didn't want to be rude only to be ignored as the girl began speaking to the employee next to her. I then loudly asked if any one could help us as we have been waiting in the empty store with at least 4 employees in front of us for about 5 mins.They then proceeded to assist us as if we were bothering them. I’d take a drive to tamp or order online before I go back to this location. Do better pls, I just needed help getting a charm.

Went with my grandmother today to this Pandora Location and Nayeli was the sweetest! She did awesome with offering options for Grandma to ensure the proper fit of her bracelet and showed us the coolest safety chain to make sure she does not lose any of her charms if anything were to happen. We even had the bracelet and charms cleaned and it was a speedy, efficient, nice experience. We will be seeing her again! 10/10 service!!

I went into there and I usually get greeted with hellos and helped right away but when I went in there and they were very rude it was three lady’s with all dark hair I think one of there names are Ansley(I’m not sure how to spell it) also I was giving very dirty looks they were looking at me very nasty and laughing at me and my boyfriend. I felt very uncomfortable and I hope the manager sees this and fixing it

Do not waste your money here, the employees have no knowledge on what they are selling. I am now trying to get 454$ I spent. They tell you 2 year warranty but won’t change anything or even help.

Worst experience and extremely unprofessional individual working at this location.The guy who assisted me wanted me to cancel my online order to make the sale there. After a very uncomfortable experience with him, who clearly is unhappy with his job and does not belong in the customer service industry, the gentleman was unwilling to assist me.After much back and forth, he gave me the chain I purchased in a ziploc bag. I asked him to give me a box, and he said Pandora boxes only applied to instore purchases, not online. I'm extremely disappointed in the treatment at this location, and as a longtime customer of Pandora, I do NOT recommend this location.

I went and bought a pair of earrings during the Black Friday sale. JT was so helpful and approachable. Definitely will be asking for her for future purchases.
