I purchased this Balloon half-arch decoration for a wedding reception. It was a kit and then I paid for assembly. When I went to pick it up the day of the wedding they gave me a separate bag with about 24 small balloons that still had to be attached. This was not mentioned at the time I placed the order. It sounded easy enough to put the small balloons through the pre-made slots in the plastic strip, however it was anything but easy. It took 3 people working on it for about 45 minutes and we weren't able to get them all on. I would have expected to be informed when i paid for the assembly in advance that it did not include ALL of the balloons in the kit!

Fair experience. My expectations of inexpensive corporate stores is low. The products are mass produced 1 time wear and use. The prices are ridiculous for the quality. They certainly don’t care about the environmental impact of selling landfill items.

Yes we showed up when they were closed and the the heavy set bleach blonde hair with a nasty attitude and facial expression said we don’t open until 10 I can read I was making a phone call.

They had exactly what I needed (plastic shot glasses for propagating cactus cuttings) - lady was very helpful and courteous. Good range of party stuff at good prices!

Went today to buy some balloons (and other items), the woman in line in front of me came in with a plastic bag full of balloons FROM ANOTHER STORE. The sales woman(younger, glasses, thin) said she could blow them up.. After she blew up balloons NOT from party city, I was told that they could not sell me a number balloon without giving them my email address. After saying no thank you, the woman said she can't sell me the balloon. Which makes ZERO sense because she had no problem blowing up balloons that someone did not even buy there. Ridiculous. I get so tired of receiving spam emails so I do not like to give it to stores. I left without buying anything.

Had a good experience at Party City. God items form web site and picked up in store for a retirement party. Balloons stayed inflated over 24 hours.

The boy who helped us is very friendly. The not so nice woman. Very serious and didn't even look at the customers. In the place you can still find things for parties.

Got helped today by a wonderful associate named Cam. The customer service was above and beyond. Cam was patient and professional and I really appreciated it. The other staff were helpful and attentive as well. 10/10 great staff
