Wish I could give zero stars. Ever since Paul left everyone you talk to is shady or ignorant. They will not communicate with you about rate increases and will charge you for everything they can. Good luck filing a claim but they are experts at collecting premium and adding surcharges without notifying you. If you do business with them you will regret it, trust me, find someone else, anyone would be better. You've been warned!

Local agents are helpful, but getting paid through claims has been a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend renters/home owners insurance to anyone. They will do everything in their power to not pay you.

One of the most important things I learned from the hurricane damage is you need to have an insurance agent who will fight for you. Someone who will do the footwork, help you out, and be a true liaison between the insurance company and yourself. Someone who will push the insurance company to do what they're supposed to do in a timely fashion. Someone who will answer your bazillion questions. I recently changed to this agency. Marissa specifically goes above and beyond her duties. She answers emails quickly and gets things done. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this agency or Allstate in general. We filed one claim after 25 years and have received terrible Service from both.

I called the agency this morning for service on a policy. My first phone call was answered by a message that said there was no one to answer my call and leaving a voice message was the slowest method to get a response, encouraging me to send a text or email. I called back a little while later and Vanessa answered my call. After providing the details of my issue, I was told by Vanessa that she had only been with the company for three weeks and was unable to answer my questions. When I politely asked to speak to someone who could answer my questions, I was told there are only two people answering the phones so someone would have to call me back. When I asked how long it would be to get a return call, I was told by Vanessa that she had no idea because she only had three weeks experience. I suspect Vanessa needs a great deal of additional training as Paul Morgan Agency's service is seriously lacking.

Everyone here is wonderful! I’ve been with Paul Morgan Agency for almost 3 years now and it’s honestly been such a great experience. They are all so nice, very honest with you to save you the most money, and overall a very professional team! I highly recommend them to everyone! Amanda is someone I mainly work with and she’s terrific!

Very disappointed, took away my drive wise,because I didnt have a smartphone to upload the app.! So I ,a long time customer gets penalized for that and raises my premium.Im retired and on a fixed income like so many! How about them apples!
