“First of foremost, the bad reviews are all false. Recently I was short on my rent and had to pawn a few things. Iwanted to get an estimated value for my new PS5, brand new IPad Series 9 and brand new Apple Watch SE all 3 still in the boxes and in original manufacturers packaging. I called Red Rose twice and they said don’t take PS5 i’ll take a look at other stuff when you come in and let you know. I called Cash America pawn and they said yea just bring it in. Who has time to lug this stuff around and go store to store!?! I called here and Stephan gave me an EXACT amount and said come in at least 30 mins before closing no pawns last 15 minutes. I called angain on the day I was going in and was clearly told AGAIN, dont come last minute, NO pawns 15 minutes before closing. I went in Stephan and Alex were very professional and they ALSO loaned me MORE cash upon hearing my circumstances since my PS5 was like new in the box and a lot of games weren’t even opened yet. While I there Stephan took a call during which I personally HEARD him say ‘no not all Sir, we make every effort to contact you and still give you a few extra days to come in AFTER your due date to redeem your items, you didn’t loose your items.’ So clearly they are doing genuinely honest, forthright deals AND actually CARE about the community. I highly recommend Buc as the ONLY place you need in a crisis. Very amicable, well intentioned professionals not just here to profit off the desperation of people going through a rough time. Great place to do business and remember to get there early, absolutely NO pawns last 15 minutes before closing…:-)”

“I had to pawn a gaming system a couple months back im so glad I came to this location for my loan. These guys are human and understand hard times. They aren't looking to take your belongings if you end up needing more time to pay back. They could of they wanted to. Any other pawn shop would have. I will drive 45 min to come here anytime I need a pawn shop just because they aren't like most pawn shops out there. They are down to earth and understand people fall on hard times. They dont prey on people in their time of need. Thank you guys”
