The worst shop in Sarasota
Avoid at all costs. Quoted $290,when I get there she says $525. "I was busy when I called and forgot to tell you the labor cost" .... she says. I say that's a bunch of crap
15 minutes after leaving the shop I was stranded, broken down on the side of the road. When I called and told the service advisor she ignored my calls and the finally answered just to be very rude and of no help.

I booked an appointment with them for tire repair,I lost my time ,they canceled it without even notifying me .they didn’t say anything although they have my email and my phone number .

Do not go to this shop at all! The technicians are inexperienced, and the service is extremely poor. I took my Ford Fusion to have the brakes replaced, but they installed them incorrectly and were unable to reprogram the car. They told me the issue was with the ABS module and that I needed to pay $1,200 to fix it. I then took my car to another mechanic, who informed me that they had installed the brakes incorrectly and even broke the caliper. He fixed everything in less than 15 minutes.

NEVER GO HERE. Go to the Venice location. This one screwed me over. There was a whole bolt/screw missing on a caliper that was under warranty, so thank god the Venice location would fix it for free. Because as a consequence of this, other parts were damaged that would have totaled up to 1200 had my original repairs not been under warranty (only 100 miles under warranty, so I was almost in trouble). I was warned against ever coming here again and I believe it. They are understaffed and undertrained apparently.

Awesome staffs and great service, price is fair. I got a nail in my tire Tesla Model X and they are the only tire shop showing great help and very friendly. For me a new tire the next day which is awesome. Truly appreciated them, all staffs are super nice and friendly. You truly can feel it that they treat their customer right 😊🙏
