I went to this store to give my dog a bath. The grooming area was filthy, it smells of old, stale urine, there piles of dog hair on the floor and the floor is filthy. The walls are spattered with black spots. I putMy dog in the middle tub, there is no shampoo in the unit. I called over an employee, Maria, and she said that she doesn't know anything about that area and she can't help, She said "Why don't you try one of the other tubs?". I asked her to find someone that could help. She was so rude I couldn't believe she just walked away from. Maria came back a few minutes later and said "Well? Which shampoo do you want?" I said apple. She opened the door to the unit, took the empty bag out and threw it on the floor. Came back a few minutes later with a full one. She was accompanied by a woman who did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. At no point did either of them apologize for the trouble. When I went to dry my dog I found towels that were little more than rags and didn't smell very nice. I went to the cashier and asked Kathy for the manager. She turns to someone in the office and said: "Are you the manager? You wanna deal with this?" And she pointed at me. Not this customer, not this lady, not this person. This. While she's pointing at me. I turned to her and said, "I am not "this", I am not a thing. I am a person". Maria walks over and says: "I'm sorry we're out shampoo that's not my area, the manager for that area isn't here". I told her it's not only the lack of shampoo, it's how dirty the wash area is, it's the broken door, it's the lack of decent towels and it's the fact that she as so rude. She said "Well, I'm sorry if I was short with you" I said you were more than just short you were flat out rude. She said well "I'm sorry", rolled her eyes at me. I walked away. I'm stunned by the whole thing. The lack of any semblance of customer service, the lack of manners, the lack of decency in treating a human being. The absolute lack of responsibility or accountability in someone who is supposed to be a "manager". I'm also surprised at how dirty and broken down everything was. I will make a few phone calls tomorrow. But I wanted to world to know what happened this evening. Just awful.

It is all about timing, few people in the store, always find what I'm looking for or they will order ot for me if out of stock. Excellent service.

My review is really only for the do-it-yourself pet wash. That is great. If you don't want to make a mess at home washing your dog. I bring my own shampoo because my dog has allergies and he needs medicated shampoo, but shampoo and conditioner is provided as well as at least one towel. There are raised bathtubs that you can put your dog into to give him a bath and there is a mechanism that sprays him/ her with soapy water and rinses then conditioner, it's pretty neat. Also, there is a air dry blow dryer that does a pretty good job of blowing all of the water out of your dog's coat. Some dogs really hate this kind of thing but it is a lot easier than using 10 towels. Trying to dry off a wet dog. Now. This service used to cost $15 and now it cost $20 and it's the same service. So that's a 33% price increase that I don't really appreciate. I like it because it makes it so I don't have to make a mess in my bathroom at home, but $20 does seem high for washing your own dog.

I booked what I thought was a grooming service for dog. I brought him in and was told I didn’t pick what I needed. No problem. I asked the man to check for my mothers dog to see if that was right. It was. I said this is what I would like, what is it called so I can book it. He stated “your mother booked it right, so ask her”. I work in customer service myself and I am beyond mad at the lack of skills this man brings to your business.

Hoss absolutely loves coming into PetSmart just to say hello to the staff; Elizabeth, Kathy, Mary and especially his trainer Miss Donna!!Yesterday we came in to replace the crate mat I got sick all over from too much partying on Friday night. Jury is out on wether I like the Kong crate mat it makes a lot of noise when I toss & turn at night and it has a funky smell. Thankfully I have a cool mom she has it out on the patio airing out.

The man in particular has the worst attitude. I was waiting 20 minutes at the counter and he came out making a snarky remark about how I rang the bell to get service then accused me of lying about waiting and said I was too late. For someone who works with animals he seemed extremely bitter, rude, and emotional. Couldn't say I'd feel safe having my dog groomed there anyway. Strangest interaction i've ever had, could've been handled much more maturely considering this man was 3 times my age.

Staff are all friendly and greet you when you walk through the door! Other than the feeder goldfish, the fish tend to be quite happy and they have a large selection of guppies!

I'm able to get the only wet food my picky cats will eat from PetSmart. Their curbside pick up is very convenient and my orders are usually ready within an hour. Friendly and professional service every time.

The staff is consistently friendly at each visit. They offer to help locate items and make suggestions when I am undecided. Returns are processed easily for store credit or exchanges. The store is clean, organized, well-stocked and free of strong pet odors on the sales floor. Parking is close to the entrance with an easily accessible entry for disabled customers.
