Don’t order from here. They use DoorDash to deliver their pizza and they’ll cancel your order without telling you. Waited two damn hours for a pizza, couldn’t get through to anybody. Ended up driving up there just to get screamed at saying he gave the driver my order when he clearly didn’t because the order was canceled. Dont waste your time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS 0 STARS. Got subcontracted to Doordarsh for delivery and they forgot items and delivered another customers wings that arrived with a different name on tag. Tried to call the company and got put through to the call center. A very awful female employee hung up on me when this information was brought to her attention. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered 2 Meat Lover's® Melts in the amount of 25.02, and tipped 20%. The delivery never made it and was out for delivery for over an hour, so after I realized they were not coming, I cancelled the order because I had to head to Missouri, and they charged me but never returned my money. After talking to dispatch and the store, they told me they got busy. I have switched to Dominoes after all this mess. They wont return my calls, or my money, and sent a message to corporate who said they contacted the store to call me, and still have not reached out almost 2 weeks later. Obviously they don't care about the customer, or their missed delivery.

The service was terrible. I never got my pizza that I ordered after a hour and half of ordering pizza. I called and asked where my pizza was and they said they sent all the delivery guys home and had no way of pizza my pizza to me even though it was cooked and sitting at the store. The guy I talked to (I didn’t get his name) was very rude and hung up on me while I was on the phone with him. I will not be going there again.

It's always the same at the Pizza Hut that I go to - there are maybe 3 folks in total working there, so they can't keep up with the business that they have.

Good, reliable pizza. Great service.When I went last week, I had to add an additional pizza for *someone* who waited until after I ordered (on the Pizza Hut app), and the dude manning the cashier was happy to help and added it to my order no problem (which is good because it was a group order). They’re also well-staffed, in numbers and quality of workers. My only reservation is that I didn’t get points for the pizza that I added in-person, which kinda hurts because every pizza gets you a step closer to free breadsticks.
