Joke !!!told me to come and collect my car before they charge me 45.0odollars a day for storage .nice business you run there..(not)... very disappointed in chevy thought they were a company you could trust ...no stars for you platners.or GM for that matter.

Just bought a new Acadia from Quincy GMC. Staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, especially Bruce and Sean. Great deal. Looking forward to a great relationship with the dealer.

They tried to force unnecessary maintenance that the truck did not need at the time of the service, when I declined the unnecessary work they tried another tactic to scare me and threaten by removing me from free oil changes. I have the gmc manual which i follow for the preventative maintenance of my truck.
Just fyi when i bought the truck the oil change was not conditioned with any other requirements period so trying to course me and threatening to kick me out of the plan if i don’t comply is not acceptable
If you have an issue between sales and service team solve it without getting the customer involved

I purchased a 2017 Ford Taurus from Chiefland Ford. The sales manager Todd was good. Another sales Manager,Adam,lied to me about something that did not matter. But Meia was the reason I purchased my car. She was kind, helpful and honest. Meia is the type person I would want to work for me. Yall have some problems at this dealership and Bob and Adam are examples of the problem.,dishonesty and high pressure tactics. Thank you Meia.

Beware! Bait and switch sales tactics! Car was advertised for $20,975. I called and talked to Pete and Amber, the internet sales managers to put a deposit down on it. Amber sent me the purchase agreement and suddenly there were $4168 of "dealer installed options" included in the price. Egregiously unscrupulous. Ugh!!!

BUYER BEWARE. The prices they advertise are not what they are selling the car for. They list the price, then when you get there they say its not the price, and the price listed is "as low as". They will then try charging you a dealer fee thats well beyond industry standard, then an extra $1000 for Lo-Jack GPS, and on and on.Be straight with your customers.
