Lady was nice. But pnc no longer cashs PNC bank checks if your not a member. I run a business and pay my employees with personal checks so I can never bank with them because in turn they won't cash my employees checks

It’s my go to branch, I don’t have an account with them yet, but I deposit often to my client there, they have always been nice to me and other customers that been there at the same time, no complaints. Thank You PNC Staff

I just opened an account last week, my online banking never worked, my zelle never been set up right , Christy were not helpful at all when I needed checks or making any transactions, Erika was the only one to help me, unfortunately she was t there today, I called the bank teller told me , that she will send me an email, I never received it, I called customer services, after talking to 3 operators, nothing has changed , still no access to my online banking , I decided to go to the branch to get checks since nothing works, the very nice lady tells me they do not do checks at this branch , I need to go to downtown location. I got frustrated , who wouldn’t ? I asked to close my account, Christi told me she can’t do it and no one could do it till Monday, what a terrible customer service, I wouldn t recommend that bank to anyone , very frustrating and hopeless !

I went into this local branch 2 days ago to make a car loan payment which is in my wife's name my wife has had major surgery can't talk can't leave the house I was there to give them money and to ask if they could wave the $14 late fee, they're happy to take my money but they can't help me with the late fee said only if wife calls them ridiculous!!

I would have given five stars but my original experience with the bank employees at the Clark and Honore location was so poor I was going to switch banks. I happened to stop in the location on South Osprey and the bank employees there were so kind, so helpful, and just seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I was trying to get some $2 bills for my grandkids and the employees at the Clark location could not and would not help me! The employees at the Osprey location not only carried them but chatted with me and told me they always have some on hand. I will now go out of my way and bank at that location!

I can't keep posting how much don't like the people on Clark. If I didn't have so many a counts attached I would be gone. Gone, gone is the days of personal service. The big heavy guy thought he was funny wishing me a great day. He knows me, they all know me but I still have to go home for us to get a charge of .03 to validate my card told to me. Then they make it a point to wish me a nice day. Thecsame guy I walked out on months ago. It's just a lousy branch. I try to avoid it

Had an appointment with Bonnie to set up a joint account. She was extremely rude. Clearly she didn't feel like working. Will never be back to PNC

I went to inquire about opening up an account. They want you to use the ATM for EVERYTHING. No thank you. I like the personal service I get from a teller. If you use a teller for ANYTHING, you will be charged $24/month. Let's just say that that is corporate greed at its core!
