PODS made my WA to FL move incredibly easy. Our delivery driver, Chris, was on time, friendly, and very skilled. When I opened the POD, everything looked exactly as I packed it—I was shocked nothing had shifted after traveling across the country. Great experience overall, and big thanks to Chris!

I was very satisfied with my move using PODS. My move was from Pennsylvania to Florida, approx 1100 miles. From start to finish PODS exceeded my expectations. My POD arrived 7:15 am this morning just as promised. My delivery driver, Harrison was very polite, cheerful, and above all professional. I would recommend PODS to anyone planning a move.

UPDATE!!!
After posting this review and sending the requested email with information we actually got a call from a Customer Advocacy Specialsist - who by the way stated there is no one above her and she speaks for the executive board! And you know what they said - our container is on lockdown because of this situation and they cannot schedule it to be delivered and don't know when they will be able to. Not because we haven't paid our bill - but their system has our container on lockdown becuase they messed up in the first place. And better than that - they will call us NEXT WEEK with an update. Not to schedule, but just for an update! Then once we can schedule it can take another week or two to actually get the delivery! All of our Christmas is in there so our kids will have a bare house for Christmas and they can't guarantee we will have it by Christmas! PODS may be fine for local stuff but don't even consider them for storage of even in state moving - you may never see your stuff again!
Renter Beware!!!!! We called over a week ago to schedule our POD delivery only for it not to show up. We have spent hours on the phone with them where they stated they had no record of it. We made them check their call logs because all calls are recorded and now the excuse is the day we scheduled the delivery they had system issues. Took off work and had plans to unload it but now we can’t even reschedule it because it has to go up through some chain of command/complaint and for two days straight we have been promised a call back from a manager or customer service agent and no call. If we call them we have to start the story and process all over again because get this - they don’t put notes in your file! So if there aren’t any notes how does a manager know to call to work this out? I’m starting to think they are giving us the run around because they have lost our POD. But now we taken off work and rearranged plans to unload our POD but all we can do is sit around and wait for a phone call to schedule a delivery that we doubt will ever come. Think twice before using a POD to move or for storage!

Thank you PODS for making the stress of moving a little easier. Your driver Harrison was very professional, helpful & friendly. Moving can sometimes be very emotional seeing your items leave.
