Windows say they take USPS mail. Turned away because package was prepaid. Makes ZERO sense. You're a mail system partner, what gives?

Fingerprints rejected. Unable to reschedule an appointment as all automated phone lines lead to a hangup. Local outlet won't redo without new appointment number which can only come from central agency.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at PostNet on Clark Road! They helped me replace a lost part of the pole holding up a banner. I had a tight turnaround before heading out of town for a conference and missed them on Friday, but they went out of their way to meet me early Saturday morning(when closed) so I could pick up my banner. We even joked about making them late for the beach that morning just goes to show how kind and customer-focused they are. You don’t find that kind of service often anymore. Grateful for their flexibility and professionalism, highly recommend this location! They've done my company name tags, banners etc.

Rodriguez owner of the place was so helpful, he even made my order faster then he said in the beginning! if you look to print anykind of business cards or flyers this is the place i suggest for you!

I came here to have my fingerprints taken and it was super easy and quick. Rodrigo helped me out and he was so sweet and helpful. He was very gentle and helped me carefully place and move my fingers on the machine as the machine was a little strict with the way it wanted the fingerprints taken. I’d definitely recommend this location for anyone needing their fingerprints done.

Brenda and Rodrigo are wonderful owners and managers. They go out of their way to accommodate customers and they are very kind. I am so thankful to have found this business for my virtual mail. I highly recommend their services.

Friendly, helpful, and affordable. I went to USPS, UPS, and then PostNet trying to ship bags for my daughter who is moving to an out of state college. USPS wasn't helpful or friendly and they were expensive. UPS was also expensive so I tried PostNet for an alternative and they suggested changing my bags to boxes which cut my cost to ship in half. They also went above and beyond and helped me convert my items to boxes. I was pleasantly surprised to get this level of service, support, and expertise.
