Today I used Power Up Auto, Inc. for the third time (in 10 years). As with the first two instances, everything went as promised. Scott picked up the phone on the first ring on 4/16. After explaining to him my situation (replacing the passenger's side window control cable/mechanism) he said he'd get back to me after researching equipment/pricing. He called and scheduled for today and arrived early 4/17 and did the replacement in less than time than expected. I'm happy to give my third, 5-star review!

Scott was great!! He fixed my window in record time coming to my house within an hour. I watched him and he definitely knows what hes doing as he removed the inside of the car door and repaired the window. Hes totally trust worthy and personable. A kind person who was a delight to meet.

Great service and great work. I called Scott at 2pm and left a voicemail. He called me back within 10 minutes. I explained my problem, he said he could be here about 6:30pm and it would take about 30 minutes to fix the problem. He was here right on time and fix the problem. The experience was positive and painless. Thank you Scott. I highly recommend this company.
