I got a really beautiful manicure here, but I left feeling uneasy. The tools were sitting out unsterilized, and my tech was about to use one until I asked for a sterilized tool. She took the tool to the back of the salon and I assumed she was going to clean it. She came back and seemed to pull a brand new set out of the desk Later, I saw the original tool at the bottom of the handwashing sink. Unfortunately, I won’t be back because of the hygiene concerns

This was my first time here. They drilled my old gel off instead of soaking them and now my nails are brittle and bending which is why I think they are cracking with paint coming off. This is less than a week old. The paint quality around the cuticles wasn’t clean looking either. Looks like I did them at home. The people were very nice though.

Came to get a manicure, walked in there was only one lady getting her nails done. The other ladies that work there were sitting on their phones, no one said hello back when I came in..Been sitting for 20 minutes now, and no one has said anything to me! I don't know if they are racist or not, but at least say hello omg..I will NEVER come back here!! So rude

Toni is awesome! He makes you feel at ease. He's very friendly and honest. He did exactly what I asked for and never tried selling me anything additional. Great customer service!!Definitely coming back on my next trip to Florida. 1000% recommend this place. Trust me its worth the wait

Walked in to get a broken nail fixed and walked out with this beautiful ombre set! Tony is a true professional. Do yourself a favor and stop in and see Tony for custom nails! PS.....the place was spotless
