I have been using PHC for over a year now and could not be happier! I have used many cleaning services over the years, but the staff from PHC are diligent and fast workers. I have used Private Home Cleaning for more than 3 years. The team always does a great job, but the most recent cleaning was amazing. The windows are always cleaned in and out (outside where they can reach, such as first floor), all the plantation shutters cleaned, including tracks. On this most recent cleaning, they even cleaned the light fixtures and bulbs in the bathroom, as well as corners, as an example of the detail. One of the team walked around inspecting to be sure all was taken care of, which I appreciate. Vacuumed under each bed and in corners - I could go on with the details. They provide their own cleaning supplies unless I have something special to use. I feel I get value with this company.

They do a fantastic job. I have been using them for 2 years and never had any problems. Communication is always good. They show up when they say they will be there. They take their time and clean thoroughly. The house always looks perfect when they are done. The price is good too for everything they do. I highly recommend them.Service: Standard cleaning

I so appreciate how the girls go the extra mile to clean something they notice it needs cleaning. Yesterday I walked in the dining room after they had left, and noticed they had cleaned the individual glass bells on our chandelier. This is not part of the standard cleaning and these are not easy to clean, but they took the time to do it when they noticed.Service: Standard cleaning

I called made an appointment on May 11. I was advised that there would be 3 girls that would come and was given an hourly rate. I was then texted the confirmation information and was told it would be an afternoon appointment but she's not aware of the time yet. However when I reached out to confirm the time, she didn't respond. She ghosted me and left me without being able to find a replacement because it was too short of notice.

I was very satisfied with Private Home Cleaning. Over the years, I have used many cleaning companies, But I noticed the girls from Private Home Cleaning were very well trained and I am very impressed with their cleaning techniques. I will definitely use this company again and also recommend to my friends.
