The facility is well kept. The Property Manager, Frank, is extremely helpful and very customer oriented. He has helped me a couple of times to navigate through the Public Storage corporate policies. While you can get a good move in deal, know that Public Storage corporate raises prices every 3-6 months by as much as 25%.

I have two units at this facility and have been a customer there for several years. It is well maintained, and I feel safe when I go there. I have gotten excellent customer service from all of their employees, and most recently from Frank. He is always pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He answers my questions and offers to help me any way he can. Yesterday evening, I left a question on their voicemail, and Frank called me back this morning - today is the Sunday of Labor Day weekend! I was so surprised that he called me today and took care of my questions and concerns. Thank you, Frank!
