I’ve quite frankly never been on hold longer… I’m not sure if you’re short staffed but to pick up the phone and immediately put it on hold without saying anything is not acceptable. Then to leave someone for 25 minutes and do it again when they call back… it’s laughable service.

If zero stars was a thing this place would deserve it….the lack of knowledge or just professional courtesy is a joke…common things like checking voicemails is “too much” these days…anyway rant over still love Publix but the guy in the pharmacy should be let go

Horrible run pharmacy. They do not answer phone calls even when trying the main number. Highly DO NOT recommend. It’s not the pharmacy staff….they just need more help.
