Pharmacist was very helpful and went out of their way to fulfill prescription that was low in stock.

I’ve quite frankly never been on hold longer… I’m not sure if you’re short staffed but to pick up the phone and immediately put it on hold without saying anything is not acceptable. Then to leave someone for 25 minutes and do it again when they call back… it’s laughable service.
