This place is fine but the corporate do not exactly honor their own policy to take competitor coupons. You would better go straight to Winn-Dixie to get $10 per vaccine shot.

Great place to shop grocery, little salty on prepped food but good

Very rude lady. She used snide remarks and was unfriendly. I just wanted my medication. She also lost my medication and looked through every bun before letting me know she should have to redo it.

I felt that the main manager was untrustworthy, dismissive, and that she faked confusion about my situation. I would urge anyone going there to please take a care before dealing with her.

I have used Publix pharmacies for decades without incident. However this Palmer Ranch site is nearest to my residence and every time I use them I’m reminded why I typically do not as there is always an unprofessional, rude demeanor in the ladies on duty with jab-by, curt or snide and smug remarks. One smug remark provoked me to call the doctor prescribing the medication for which the doctor was puzzled as to why a pharmacist would provide counter information and act as a doctor. An additional incident was rudely asking how she is supposed to look up the script rather than professionally responding possibly with “First/Last name only please,” or “birthdate please.” Alternative professional and positive responses are many. They have presented as inconvenienced do so anything beyond taking a script and ringing it up. I can say such experiences have not occurred at other branches. Social skills and Customer service skills are significantly lacking which is disappointing and unacceptable. Maybe they actually have Aspergers or similar social skills deficits or are actually that unprofessionally rude. Hard to say.

Love shopping at Publix. This store is huge and meticulously maintained. Store associates are friendly and helpful. The bakery department is fantastic and did an excellent job on a unicorn-themed cake for my girls' birthday party. Assistant store manager helped me find what I was looking for and made sure I found everything I needed when he saw me again at checkout. Oh, and they have the best produce section out of any other Publix to which I've been. I know I will have a stress-free shopping trip when I visit this store.

Shout out to all the hard working associates at my local Publix (at Palmer Ranch) during this Corona Virus mess! Several of the associates assisted me finding items, loading heavy water into my cart and even helped loading my car all with smiles on their face. Thanks for going the extra mile and all your hard work.

I am so pleased and grateful for the care of the entire Pharmacy staff at Publix of Palmer Ranch. Even when customers in front of us are cranky with the staff, or I can’t arrive until the last moment before closing, the attention to detail and personal greeting never wavers. Truly professional care for all 6 members of my family - thank you.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Each time I called the pharmacist was very rude and sounded like talking to me was such a bother to her. Once my medicine was finally filled and I went to pick it up the rudeness continued. Out of the three ladies working one was nice the other two were extremely rude and not willing to be of any assistance. The entire experience made me feel as if I was such an inconvenience. I will drive to the next Publix before ever going back to this one. Very sad because I love this store for shopping.
