Had a pretty negative experience with the kid they put in the liquor store. He was quite rude and needs to understand how to positively interact with a customer.

I come to this Publix store when I need to go to nearby eyeglass store, craft store and others. Maybe once a month? After a long time closing for the renovation this store was beautifully reborn. We come here around lunch time, we get our lunch and coffee then go up to the seating area.I can look down all over there and find out what I need to buy.My recommendation for your lunch, try the poke bar if you are a seafood lover.

The brand new Landings store is beautiful, well stocked most of the time and the staff is polite and friendly. I recently tried to redeem Gasoline coupons I printed from Publix weekly ad website within sale dates of store visit. No restrictions printed on coupon. Store refused to honor them. Prices have gone up and stayed up. BOGO sales are now morphing into BTGOs. Lots of perishables priced much higher than other local supplied grocers, with no increase in quality. Since they stopped carrying a few items I used for years but couldn't get elsewhere, there is no reason for me to shop at Publix anymore. The checkout clerks always ask if I found everything I was looking for. When I answer no, they don't seem to know what to do about it, except offer a scripted apology. I was a customer for over 40 years, so they've already made multiple thousands off my family. Walmart and Detweiler's are much better priced and have all the items I think I can't live without. Losing carryout service is worth the savingsEDIT: Response from the owner is another slap in the face. What do you plan to DO about it?

It's a Publix, like all the others. Wednesday is $5 sushi day, so maybe that's worth putting on your calendar. The new Poki/Ramen bar has been added since the remodeling, and that's a pretty good easy lunch. Very decent. Overall, Publix is very concerned with customer satisfaction so you can get very decent service whatever you're doing.

We were thrilled to have our store back after the recent renovation. It's a beautiful store with a lot of good options. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The chowder is the best!

Where shopping is a pleasure. This is a new location, and so far, there are no issues. Staff is helpful and friendly. The sales are perfect for what I need to survive. Great location, just 5 minutes from my house.

Publix gets high marks for customer service and friendly employees. The new store adds a sandwich deli and a salad bar. Unfortunately for some bizarre reason, the bakery is at the extreme opposite end of the store from the deli section - which makes no sense whatsoever. The parking lot is landscaped but fits less cars, yet not a single plant or tree appears in front of the store itself. Weird. Prices have gone up noticeably, with BOGO's now requiring Buy 2 Get 1. A very nice place to shop overall.

Response to management:I addressed twice by taking outdated items to a Publix employee. A third time it was a 'cola' product (several) with expiry dates of May and June 2023 in the month of July 2023. I pointed it out to Publix employee in aisle as well as took a couple of 8 packs to the Customer Service Desk and asked them to inform management.3 Stars as I found several different items that were beyond their expiry date.

Absolutelt the best super markets I have ever been to. I come from Sweden and I have to say that Publix is on par with the stores in my town, or even better. I live in Malmö, Sweden.

The new store is great, but the lack of employee training is what really seems to shine. Especially in the deli. There are some good ones, but others have no clue what they're doing. Maybe see about getting experienced employees from nearby stores to come in and train the newer employees?

Usually when I go to Publix I have great customer service. This location is one of my favorite locations. Unfortunately, yesterday (Thursday, June 8) was a very poor experience. I specifically went in the afternoon because I wanted an eight-piece fried chicken meal. When I walked over to the deli, there were no customers at the time, and three people "working" behind the counter. None of them acknowledged that I was standing there. They were checking their cell phones and socializing with each other. I finally caught their attention and asked if they had any fried chicken meals available as there were none in the warming bin. One of the employees, who could barely speak English pointed at someone else that I had to ask. The other person disappeared behind a side door. I asked the other employee where he went and she said he was "checking." I waited for a couple of minutes, and finally he reappeared and said that it would take 25 minutes. I thought about it, and decided to wait. Twenty-five minutes came and went. I went back to the deli counter and asked where the chicken was. He disappeared behind the door once more and came back out and said, "ten more minutes." I again waited. While waiting, an employee who worked at the meat section showed up, speaking with one of the deli staff. She asked if she could help and I said I was waiting for fried chicken. She shrugged her shoulders, and said, well, they are very disorganized today because one of the managers called in sick and that all of the employees were very inexperienced. I said to her that there is really no excuse for poor customer service. After ten more minutes, the ;deli employee disappeared behind the door again to (I guess) check on the chicken. He never reappeared. I left without purchasing anything, very disappointed. Let me say that I have never had an experience like this. There is no excuse for poor customer service!

One worker at the front offered to help take our groceries out and load them into our car because of the amount we had. She was very helpful and polite.
