I've been doing instacart for mostly Publix branches in our area, and this one, I feel that I wasn't welcome. As I entered the entrance, one of the staff members promoting sumo oranges acknowledged everybody who comes in and encourages them to try the oranges except me. I don't know why, but I feel like I'm being discriminated against. Also, some of the staff are not really happy and not even helpful compared to other public branches that I've been to. They don't have the initiative to help the customer. They're trying to avoid me as I was asking for help. This is really how I felt then.

This store is so incredible. I was looking for items in the store as this is not my normal Publix that I go to. So I was a bit lost as to where things are in the store and I ended up seeing the customer service manager, Shane, he was so polite, and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store and gave me directions to find a couple things in the store that I needed
I am so glad that I bumped into him. I had just came from the ER after a fall that I had and Shane was very empathetic towards me and stated that he could help me to find whatever I needed. It is people like that that make your Publix shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. I will be telling my friends about my experience and I look forward to shopping at this Publix more.
Thank you so much for helping me and thank you so much for all your help. I will definitely come back to the store all because of the way he treated me. I was welcomed with a smile and treated with respect. I will make sure that this Publix will be the store that I continue to go to even though I live in Myakka City. The customer service I received just from Shane alone tells me that this is the place to be.

A couple of issues here! The Meyenberg GOAT milk is sooo much more expensive at this Publix then it is at other stores in the area. Absolutely ridiculous. I pay $5.44 at other stores it’s $7.29 here. Also the Peter rabbit baby puree pouches are in the produce isle. And are more money than other stores. I can get them at other places for $1.99 a pouch. It’s $2.50 a pouch at Publix. And who puts baby pouches in the produce isle. They need better management

Unfortunately my experience today changed that....... had a terrible experience with a bagger, nametag reads "Thom "
WORST & RUDEST BAGGER I EVER ENCOUNTERED....... Nasty little white haired man
I was speaking with the cashier about an item that was overcharged. According to what the price on the rack showed....
All of a sudden, we were rudely interrupted. By the bagger who had no class and just butted in and took over the conversation
I only ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE AN ITEM and iT RANG UP incorrectly
Thom ACTED LIKE I WAS THE ONE IN THE WRONG....
WE THEN WALKED OVER TO THE SHELF, AND HE HUNG IT BACK IN THE SAME PLACE WITH NO TAG AND DID NOT FIX ANYTHING.......
TRULY MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT PUBLIX.......
THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMER ANYWHERE...... AND, I THINK THIS BEHAVIOR IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

This publix have me hard time to get fresh bread on bakery. It doesn't matter at what time of the day never fresh bread available. I spend gasoline looking for fresh bread and none. They just said sorry. That word doesn't means nothing to me I need the bread that I'm looking for. I have to drive more than 3 miles to get my bread when I got this store 0.3 miles away from home. That's ridiculous
